SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) – Saturday marked a new addition to the Linda Beans Maine family
Linda Bean, Governor Paul LePage and Senator Susan Collins cut the ribbon to the new Maine Lobster Boat Café. The restaurant opened to customers Saturday at the Maine Mall in South Portland.
Bean’s Executive Chef Andrew Omo designed the lobster boat style restaurant.
Bean’s menu will feature her trademark Lobster Roll along with many other sandwiches, chowders Maine blueberry Pie along with a selection of Maine wines and craft beers.

Senator Collins reminded the crowd that Maine agriculture could benefit from Linda Bean’s new restaurant…because what goes better with a Maine lobster than a good Aroostook potato.
